1. How can I place an order?
Once you have added the desired items to your cart, follow the instructions mentioned below:

2. What are the benefits of ordering through an AS account?
● You can subscribe to become part of our loyalty program
● Store credit can be issued in case the article is out of stock/defected, which you can
redeem in your next purchase
● You can also view the order history/ any previous orders placed
3. Can I modify the order?
● Unfortunately, the order cannot be modified once the order has been placed.
4. Can I exchange the article I ordered online on any outlet?
● All orders placed online cannot be exchanged at any outlet. It has to be sent back within
7 days of the online purchase in case of exchange or any defect.

6. Is COD available internationally?
● Currently, the COD service is only applicable in Pakistan.
7. What If I forget my account password?

● A password reset link will be sent on your registered email.● Open your registered email and reset the new password.
8. Can I open the parcel/order at the time of delivery?
● Customers cannot open up the parcel/order before the delivery of cash to the dispatch

9. Can orders be gift wrapped in Ayesha-Somaya shopping bags?
● We currently do not offer any gift wrapped items or shopping bags in online orders.
10. Can I Change size or Article?
● Change of size can be accommodated depending on the availability of the product within
3 days of purchase. Change of article is not possible.
11. What is the delivery process?
● All orders placed within Pakistan are delivered within 7-8 business days, International
deliveries can take up to 2 weeks depending on the transit country's lock down rules.
12. What is the Refund and Exchange Policy?
● Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of purchase for both local &
international clients. Refunds are processed once the articles are returned to our
address and checked, courier charges will not be paid by us.
