- Store credit can be issued in case the article is out of stock/defected, which you can
redeem in your next purchase - You can also view the order history/ any previous orders placed
- Unfortunately, the order cannot be modified once the order has been placed.
- All orders placed online cannot be exchanged at any outlet. It has to be sent back within 7 days of the online purchase in case of exchange or any defect.

- Change of size can be accommodated depending on the availability of the product within 3 days of purchase. Change of article is not possible.
- All orders placed within Pakistan are delivered within 7-8 business days, International deliveries can take up to 2 weeks depending on the transit country’s lock down rules.
- Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of purchase for both local & international clients. Refunds are processed once the articles are returned to our address and checked, courier charges will not be paid by us.
